In a interview on Arise TV, Babachir Lawal, the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, openly criticized Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s leadership approach. Lawal characterized Tinubu’s demeanor as having an “I know everything” mindset, which he viewed as a notable personality defect.
Lawal expanded on his observations, highlighting that although Tinubu is recognized as a skilled strategist, his excessive confidence and belief in his own abilities have caused him to make flawed decisions. Lawal suggested that Tinubu’s overestimation of his capabilities has particularly affected his ability to make significant decisions.

According to him, “I always say this; I’m sorry to say this, but I will repeat it. The personality of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is that ‘I know it all.’ This is his character flaw.
