I’ll Like To Answer That After Bola Tinubu, I’ll Be Retiring Home To My Children—Godswill Akpabio

In a video posted by TVC, Senate President Godswill Akpabio announced his plans to retire from politics and return to his family after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s tenure. Speaking at the commissioning of the CNG Conversion and Training Centre in Abuja, Akpabio stated that he intends to spend quality time with his children and grandchildren after his political career.

Akpabio expressed his desire to prioritise his family life and prayed for good health to enable him to enjoy his retirement. Heindicated that he will not be seeking re-election or holding political office beyond the end of Tinubu’s presidency, marking the end of an era in his political career.

According to him, “The award-winning MC said the Senate president has been this, has been that, and that we don’t know where God takes him after this. I’ll like to answer that after President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I’ll be retiring home to my children and grandchildren.
