Anthem: They Don’t Like “O God Of Creation, Direct Our Noble Cause, Guide Our Leaders Right “- GRV
The candidate of the Labour Party, LP in the Lagos state 2023 governorship election, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour has reacted after the National anthem bill scaled first, second and third reading at the same sitting.
According to PREMIUM TIMES, the National anthem bill has scaled the first, second and third reading at the same sitting. The report further stated that the process was done in the green chamber amid opposition from lawmakers across party lines.
However, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour has now reacted after the report surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official X handle on Friday, he said they don’t like the verse that says; “O God of creation”.
Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour wrote on his page;
