Rivers: ‘The APC Chairman Had Forgotten To Give The 27 Lawmakers The Party Register’ -Chidi Lloyd

The Chairman of Emohua Local Government in Rivers State, Chidi Lloyd has alleged that despite the APC Chairman’s approval of the defected 27 Rivers State Assembly lawmakers as members of APC, the Chairman failed to provide them with the party register.

He stated that this procedural step is essential for formalizing their membership in the All Progressives Congress. He noted that without the completion of this necessary formality, the lawmakers cannot be recognized as legitimate members of the APC.

He said in an interview with TVC, ”If the Chairman of the APC in Rivers state is satisfied with the conduct of Amaewhule led assembly and he’s desirous of having them as members of his political party, he has not offended any law.
