Several reactions have trailed the Certificate of Return that the Turaki led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP made for former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
This was contained in a post that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP shared on its official X handle on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
The Certificate of Return surfaced online after the party announced Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as its presidential candidate ahead of the upcoming presidential election in 2027.
After the Certificate of Return was shared, the party accused the former governor of Rivers state and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike of preventing PDP from using A Class Event Centre to host Jonathan.
