The situation has been further complicated by the exit of Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso from the African Democratic Congress to the Nigeria Democratic Congress, a move that has reshaped alliances and stirred fresh uncertainty.
Supporters of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, however, insist that the broader coalition effort remains alive, stressing that the mission to challenge President Bola Tinubu has not been derailed by the recent political shifts.
