I’ve Told Mr President That I’ll No Longer Speak to You; I Just Honoured You for the Last Time—Ndume

During an interview on Channels Television on Friday, July 10, 2026, Senator Ali Ndume said he had informed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that he would no longer grant interviews to Channels Television anchor Seun Okinbaloye, adding that his appearance on the program would be his last.

Ndume revealed that he had already conveyed his decision to the president and suggested that he had only agreed to appear on the program one final time out of respect for the interviewer.

According to him, “I have told Mr. President that I’ll no longer speak to you again because I’ve attended to the president now. Why would I come and talk to you? I just honored you for the last time.”

Senator Ali Ndume also congratulated President Bola Tinubu on the rescue of the abducted Oyo students.
