Chidi Odinkalu Reacts As Delta State Governor Says Igbo Communities Can Only Vote For APC Candidate

Chidi Odinkalu, a renowned human rights activist and legal practitioner has taken to his official X handle to voice his displeasure over the antics of the governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori.

According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle on Wednesday June 3rd, 2026 he pointed out that the governor was wrong with his assertions.

Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, it can be recalled, caused a massive stir after he made it known that Igbo communities in the state will not vote for a particular candidate, but only the APC.

He further pointed out that those who did not vote for the APC in 2023 were told not to repeat same decision in 2027, and expressed his confidence that president Tinubu will enjoy tremendous support from the Igbo communities.
