Our Leaders Built A N21bn Mansion, Bought Aircraft, And SUVs While Our Children Are Starving — Yusuf

Professor Usman Yusuf, a former executive secretary of the national health insurance scheme, has given his take on the hardships currently existing in the Nigerian economy.

Recall that several Nigerians have taken to the streets to express their grievances regarding the hike in the price of commodities.

However, during an interview with Arise News, Yusuf stated that Nigerian politicians are purchasing luxurious houses, aircraft, and vehicles while citizens of the country are dying of hunger.

In the video, Usman Yusuf said, “The extravagance and recklessness of our leaders by building a N21 billion mansion and buying aircraft and SUVs while our children are dying of hunger in this land of plenty.
