Femi Fani-Kayode, Nigeria’s ambassador designate to South Africa and former minister for aviation has taken to his official X handle to send a strong warning to the opposition ahead of the 2027 presidential elections.
According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle on Sunday May 10th, 2026 he pointed out that the biggest mistake anyone can make when dealing with president Tinubu was to think he was an ordinary person.
His comments, which were addressed to the African Democratic Congress, ADC and the former governor of Anambra State and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi however, sparked a wider conversation within the political corridor.
