From The S/Court Judgment, The Antebellum Was Only Vacated, ADC Remain In Deep Trouble – Nyesom Wike

Nyesom Wike, the minister of the federal capital territory, FCT has made a striking comment regarding the recent judgement delivered by the supreme court on the case involving the African Democratic Congress, ADC.

According to his statements which were shared by ViableTv, he pointed out that from the supreme court judgement, the status quo antebellum was only vacated, hence the ADC remained in deep trouble.

The African Democratic Congress, ADC it can be recalled, had approached the supreme court to clear the air after the ruling by the appeal court was perceived to have been wrongly interpreted by INEC.

However, Nyesom Wike, a Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP and former governor of Rivers State in his statements which triggered massive public attention, pointed out that INEC was accurate in de-recognizing the ADC leadership led by Senator David Mark.
