Legal practitioner Onyekachi Ubani has explained the legal implications of President Bola Tinubu presenting only his university degree without submitting his primary and secondary school certificates.
Speaking during an interview with Arise TV, Sani said the law presumes that a person who presents a university degree must have passed through the earlier stages of education. He, however, noted that such a presumption can be challenged if anyone has credible evidence showing that the individual did not attend or complete primary or secondary school.
Sani maintained that anyone seeking to dispute the validity of the educational qualifications must present such evidence before a court to rebut the legal presumption.

There is a presumption that he must have passed through those levels, but that presumption is rebuttable.
