Nollywood actress and film producer Uzumma Umezurike, popularly known as Dr. Doris Ogala, has stirred controversy after publicly accusing Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of alleged misconduct relating to a past incident involving actress Regina Daniels’ brother.
Ogala made the claims in a strongly worded message shared on her verified Instagram account, @mma_ogala, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
In the Instagram story, Ogala referenced a phone conversation she claimed took place during the period when Regina Daniels’ brother was embroiled in a widely publicized case. Though she did not provide specific details about the nature of the alleged misconduct, Ogala insisted that Senator Natasha acted inappropriately during that time and should be held accountable for her behaviour.
“Senate Natasha, you know what you did to me during Regina Daniels brother case when we spoke on the phone,” Ogala wrote in a pointed message displayed against a pink background. The post immediately drew attention online, sparking speculation about the nature of the alleged phone interaction and what may have transpired behind the scenes.
Ogala went on to stress that her grievances were personal and not influenced by any political agenda or external influence. Her comments appeared to be a direct response to suggestions that her outburst may have been motivated by political rivalries or orchestrated by third parties.
“So don’t you dare act like this is an attack from anyone to you. This is strictly between me and you and what you did to me,” she added, making it clear that she intended to address Senator Natasha directly and publicly she firmly stated.
