In the short statement, Primate Ayodele addressed concerns about political transitions and public expectations surrounding leadership removal, particularly emphasizing what he described as divine restraint over such decisions.
“You know what? God will not help Nigeria to remove the president,” he said. He further stressed that, according to his message, divine intervention would not be used to remove elected leaders at the request of citizens.
