After All Your Struggles To Enter Your New Home, You Passed Away- Chief Imo Mourns Odira Nwobu

Popular indigenous comic actor Chief Imo mourns comic actor, Odira Nwobu, who passed away in November 2025.

He will be buried in his hometown in Akwa, Anambra State, on Saturday, the 11th of April.

The song of service took place on Friday with Chief Imo and a few other celebrities gracing the event.

Chief Imo posted photos of Odira’s corpse in his uncompleted building, noting that he had struggled to complete the building before December 2025 but passed away.

In a video, Chief Imo embraced Odira’s father as he consoled him.

“After all the struggles to enter your new house on Christmas in December 2025, death took you away. Go well, Odira,” Chief Imo said.

These photos triggered reactions online as fans and celebrities sent condolence messages.

Odira Nwobu passed away at age 43.
