We Thought That With Somebody Like Olukoyede In EFCC, You Can Expect Some Kind Of Decency – Akande

Former presidential spokesperson Laolu Akande has expressed disappointment over the actions of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), stating that he had expected a higher standard of professionalism and fairness under the leadership of EFCC Chairman, Ola Olukoyede.

Akande made the remarks during an interview on Channels Television on Thursday, August 6, 2026, while discussing recent developments involving the anti-graft agency and its handling of sensitive matters.
