In a recent interview on Channels TV, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, Kenneth Okonkwo, spokesperson to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, discussed issues relating to religion and political representation in Nigeria. He argued that religious balance remains an important consideration in a multi-faith society and should be taken into account by political parties.
