Popular Nollywood actor Ibrahim Yekini, also known as Itele d Icon, has revealed the kind of relationship that exists between him and actress Kemi Ariyo, also known as Aunty Sidi, while also stating how she used to give him money to spend whenever he went for public events.
When asked how he met Kemi Ariyo, Itele d Icon said, “Kemi was my first student in my theater group because she was the person to apply as a student that time. She is a very hardworking lady, and she is very passionate about film making. I trained Kemi for eight years before she got her freedom, but right now my students don’t spend more than two years before they graduate. Kemi stayed with me when I had no money, she loved me and was very submissive to me. If I was going to a public event and I had no money to spend, Kemi always gave me twenty thousand naira to spend at the event, and she did it for many years.”
