
According to Punch Newspaper, the Emir of Kano, His Highness Muhammad Sanusi, paid an official visit to the United Nations Deputy Secretary-General, Amina J. Muhammad, at her office in New York on Sunday, 28th September, 2025.
The visit, described as both historic and symbolic, highlighted the strong ties between Nigeria’s traditional leadership and global institutions committed to peace, development, and sustainable growth.
