The presidency has stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu doesn’t like people crossing the line.
This statement was contained in a report that was posted on the official X handle of DAILY POST on January 22, 2026.
This statement was made by Daniel Bwala, the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Policy Communication.
He made the statement while speaking about the dispute between the former governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike and the current governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara.
In the report that surfaced online, Daniel Bwala stated that the FCT Minister worked for the President and he compensated him by appointing him as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.
Bwala stated that Fubara is the leader of APC in Rivers state and he must be allowed to do his job.

“The President believes in compensating people, but not at the expense of the interest of Nigeria. President Bola Tinubu gives latitude but once you cross the line, you will know”.
