Kanu: Portable Reacts After Cubana Chief Priest Said Tinubu Won’t Get 10,000 Votes In Southeast

Nigerian musician, Habeeb Okikiola popular known as Portable has reacted to the statement that was made by Cubana Chief Priest after leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu was sentenced to life imprisonment.

The reaction of Portable was contained in a report that was published by PM News on Friday, November 21, 2025.

According to report, Cubana Chief Priest said the decision of the court to sentence Nnamdi Kanu will affect President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the Southeast region. He said the President won’t get 10,000 votes in the forthcoming presidential election in 2027.

However Portable has now shared his thoughts after the report surfaced online. In the statement that surfaced online, he said Cubana Chief Priest is a betrayal. He said when he had the opportunity to meet Tinubu, he didn’t tell him about Nnamdi Kanu.

“You fought for what you wanted first and now you are saying Tinubu won’t get votes from the South East? You’re joking. They will use money to get votes from your people and your people will take the money.
