According to a YouTube video shared by Arise TV on Thursday, July 16, 2026, the Delta State Police Command has arrested content creator Ifeanyi Ogbonna, popularly known as Odogwu of Asaba, following the death of 20-year-old Favour Agbro. Police reportedly said the Commissioner of Police ordered a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the case.

The article states that before her death, Agbro recorded a video in which she recounted why she travelled to Asaba. She said she had contacted Ogbonna online while facing personal and financial challenges and was interested in learning content creation. According to her account, Ogbonna invited her to Asaba, assuring her that he would help her.

In the video, Agbro alleged that she was never informed that any sexual relationship would be expected in return for the promised assistance.
