They Might Not Want To Take My Word Serious” – Ayodele Urges Senate, Reps To Declare 3-Day Fast

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church (IESC) Worldwide, has urged Nigeria’s federal lawmakers to undertake a three-day period of fasting and prayer, warning that the country could face a serious political crisis if spiritual intervention is not sought.

In a message shared via his official Facebook page, the cleric directed his appeal specifically to members of the Nigerian Senate and the House of Representatives.

He emphasized the need for lawmakers to seek divine guidance ahead of the upcoming political activities and elections, suggesting that proactive spiritual measures could prevent unforeseen consequences.

“Senate, House of Reps, can you please go into three days fasting and prayer so you won’t lose a very principal officer before election,” Ayodele stated, highlighting the urgency of the matter.

The cleric warned that certain events may occur that surpass human comprehension if immediate action is not taken. He acknowledged that some leaders might not take his advice seriously, but insisted that the warning carries significant implications for the stability of the National Assembly.

“There are things that will happen that goes beyond man understanding. They might not want to take my word serious but it’s a serious thing,” he cautioned.

Primate Ayodele, who has a long history of issuing prophetic alerts to political leaders and public institutions in Nigeria, stressed that fasting and prayer could be instrumental in averting potential turmoil within the leadership of the legislative arm. While he did not name any individual, his reference to a “very principal officer” was widely interpreted as a concern for one of the top-ranking leaders in either the Senate or House of Representatives.
