A video that was posted on the official X account of THE CABLE on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 has captured the moment political analyst, Fareed Zakaria was speaking about President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
His statement came after President Donald Trump designated Nigeria as Country of Particular Concern and threatened military invasion.
Zakaria described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a lover of both Muslims and Christians.
He said the President is married to a woman who is an ordained minister. Zakaria stated that since President Bola Ahmed Tinubu assumed office, he has been trying his best to end insecurity in Nigeria.
According to THE CABLE, Zakaria said that;
“He (Tinubu) is a Muslim and he is married to a Christian woman who is an ordained minister and he often talks about how the marriage is part of what he is trying to do.
“Nigeria is 50% Muslim and 50% Christian, so it is an odd place for President Trump to interject himself”.
