A video that was posted on the official YouTube page of SYMFONI TV on February 26, 2026 has captured the moment the former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi was revealing what some ministers told former President, Muhammadu Buhari that made him not to sign the Electoral Act Amendment Bill.
In the video that surfaced online, Rotimi Amaechi said the former President of Nigeria wanted electoral reform but some ministers told him that if he signs it, Russia will hack the system and impose the wrong President on the people of Nigeria. Rotimi Amaechi said as soon as Muhammadu Buhari heard the statement, he changed his mind and refused to sign.
