What God Told Me About APC In Nigeria – Primate Elijah Ayodele

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has cautioned that growing supremacy battles within the All Progressives Congress (APC) could spark internal divisions capable of weakening the ruling party.

Speaking during a recent church service, the cleric expressed concern that unresolved leadership struggles and competing interests among party stakeholders may erode cohesion ahead of future political contests.

He warned that intense rivalry for control and influence, if not carefully managed, could result in factional splits and distrust within the party’s ranks.

According to him, unchecked supremacy contests have the potential to destabilize even the strongest political organizations.

Ayodele emphasized that unity and a shared sense of purpose are critical to the survival of any political party.

He noted that personal ambition and prolonged power tussles could overshadow collective objectives, particularly when disagreements over decision-making structures and leadership roles remain unsettled.

He urged party leaders to embrace dialogue, reconciliation, and inclusive engagement as tools for preserving stability.

The APC has remained a dominant force in Nigeria’s political landscape since taking control at the federal level in 2015, though it has faced periodic internal disputes.

Political observers maintain that struggles for influence are not unusual in large parties, especially as elections approach and alignments begin to shift.

Ayodele further warned that divisions within a governing party could extend beyond internal politics, potentially affecting governance and policy implementation.

He maintained that internal crises often divert attention from pressing national issues.
