We’re Not Sure Gen Uba Is Dead,We Heard He Is Alive,When ISWAP Kill Victims They Leave The Body—Musa

General Christopher Musa, Defence Minister, has stated that the military is not certain that Brigadier General Musa Uba, who was abducted by ISWAP, is dead. He said Uba is currently classified as “missing in action”

In an interview with Channels Television, General Musa said Uba’s body has not been recovered so no one can be certain that he is dead.

General Musa stated that there are rumors suggesting that General Uba may still be alive. He said the military is still making efforts to recover him safely from the hands of ISWAP.

In General Musa’s words: “We are not sure that he is dead, because we have not seen any corpse yet. Normally what they (ISWAP) do when they shoot is they leave the body for you to recover. So he is classified as missing in action, not killed in action yet. We heard rumors that he is still alive, we are hopeful that he is still alive”
