Senator Seriake Dickson, a Chieftain of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC and former Bayelsa State governor has reacted after he received several political heavyweights, including Aisha Yesufu and honourable Natasha Osawuru-Idibia into the party.
According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the new members pledged their unflinching loyalty and support for the vision of the NDC.
Other political heavyweights that joined the party included the former deputy governor of Gombe State, John Yoriyo, the minority leader of the Edo State house of assembly, honourable Charity Iguodalo Aiguobarueghian and the Okodalo of Esanland, High Chief Peter Ojemen.
During the reception of the new members, popular music icon, Innocent Idibia also known as 2face Idibia accompanied his wife, Natasha Osawuru-Idibia to add colour to the event.
