During the interview, Ganduje questioned the credentials of Labour Party leader Peter Obi, arguing that those seeking the nation’s highest office should have demonstrable records of public service. He challenged Nigerians to critically assess the achievements of former office holders before deciding who should lead the country.

While discussing Obi’s tenure as governor of Anambra State, Ganduje asked, “Peter Obi was a governor in the South-East geopolitical zone. What did he do as governor?” He argued that leadership experience should be measured by tangible legacies and long-term impact rather than political popularity.
