Former National Chairman of Inter Party Advisory Council of Nigeria, IPAC and former presidential candidate, Peter Ameh has taken to his official X account on Friday, January 9, 2026 to react to viral video of the former Vice President of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar walking down from a plane after he arrived in Nigeria.
In the video that surfaced online, the former Vice President of Nigeria was welcomed by several people after he alighted from the aircraft.
Reacting, Peter Ameh asked Atiku Abubakar to have pity on Nigeria and Nigerians. He said by 2027, Atiku Abubakar will be 82 years old and if he wins re-election, he will be 86 years old at the beginning of a 2nd term in office.

According to Peter Ameh on his official X account;
“We witnessed the exact same packaging with Buhari and we are still mourning the consequences of that choice”.
