Idibia addressed what he referred to as a stupid and mind-boggling scandal in a reaction that was delivered in a forceful manner on the Mic On Podcast. “First of all, it’s disrespectful to do that to Fela,” he said to reporters. “But at the same time, it’s also unfair to Wizkid to be doing that because somebody could just vex and start these talks, and these things skyrocket and snowball into something uncontrollable.”
The great artist emphasised that the comparison is meaningless and a waste of time because it does not contribute to any useful goal. “It’s mindboggling how many people are even actually engaging and wasting precious time on this,” according to Idibia.
