ICPC Embarrassed Me; They Took Old Nokia Phones In El-Rufai’ Home And Said It’s Wiretapping Tools-Dalung

Solomon Dalung, a former minister, has spoken about the recovery of suspected wiretapping equipment from the Abuja home of former Governor Nasir El-Rufai by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

In a video shared by Symfoni TV, Dalung stated that ICPC officials went to El-Rufai’s house and picked up old mobile phones, including Nokia 3310. He said the officials later displayed these phones as tools for wiretapping. He said the incident embarrassed him greatly and he felt so disappointed that if it were possible, he would have changed his citizenship that same day.

In Dalung’s words: “ICPC embarrassed me. If it was possible to change my citizenship I would have done it on that day. They went to El-Rufai’s house and they picked all these old Nokia phones like Nokia 3310 and even this old Gamma phone and displayed them as instruments for wiretapping”…..See More
