Every Time The DSS Did A Sweep Of Buhari’s Room And Office, They Found Bugs,Who Put Them There–Omole

Dr. Charles Omole, author of the book Muhammadu Buhari: From Soldier to Statesman, the Legacy of Muhammadu Buhari, has revealed troubling details about the inner workings of the Buhari administration. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television, Omole explained how powerful individuals, often referred to as cabals, played a significant role behind the scenes and influenced the country’s governance.

Omole stated that during a previous discussion, the former Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, acknowledged serious concerns about President Muhammadu Buhari’s physical safety. This, according to Omole, may have affected how firmly the president could act against certain powerful people. The fear that his safety could be threatened made leadership more complicated and limited some decisions.

A major issue raised by Omole was the repeated discovery of listening devices in Buhari’s bedroom and office. He explained that every time the DSS carried out routine security checks in these highly secured areas, they found bugs. This was alarming because such places are meant to be protected by the highest level of security.

What made the situation more disturbing was that the DSS itself was reportedly surprised by the findings. Since the agency responsible for protecting the president did not know who planted the devices, it raised serious questions about who had access to the president’s private spaces.

In his words, “Every time the DSS did a sweep of his room and office, they found bugs. So the question has to be, who put it there, who has access to his bedroom?”
