Femi Fani-Kayode, a former minister for Aviation and ambassador designate has taken to his official X handle to react over the controversies that trailed the comments of the former governor of Kaduna State, Nasiru El-Rufai. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that after trying hard to stay away from the raging debate, he must now speak out.
The former governor of Kaduna State and ADC Chieftain, Nasiru El-Rufai was recently on the spotlight after admitting to wire-tapping the mobile device of the national security adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.
His comments, which were followed up by a demand for explanations regarding the purchase of a harmful substance, sparked massive public reactions, as many found his assertions contentious.
Reacting, Femi Fani-Kayode, popularly known as ‘FFK’, a former aviation minister in a recent statement which was shared on his official X handle, slammed the antics of the former governor, labelling him a threat to national security.
According to his statements, he pointed out that after trying hard to remain silent over the theatrics of the former governor, he was obliged to speak out.
In the lengthy message which was published on his official X handle on Tuesday February 17th 2027, Femi Fani-Kayode also pointed out that the former governor’s claims that he was marked for persecution was unfounded.
