The executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Pastor Umo Eno stated on his verified Facebook page on Saturday; “Last night at the State Christmas Carols Festival, I reminded our people of the importance of gratitude, respect, and honour for our leaders and elders.”
He stated further; “Akwa Ibom has been blessed with visionary leaders whose sacrifices and ideals continue to inspire us to expand the frontiers of our growth and development.”
He added; “We must choose unity over division, respect over insults, and love over bitterness. This spirit of togetherness is what will unlock our full potential and accelerate development in our State.”
He noted; “I also reaffirmed our commitment to the ARISE Agenda and our support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as he tackles the socio-political, economic, and security challenges facing our nation.”
He said; “May love, oneness, and divine visitation continue to rest upon our land. God bless Akwa Ibom State. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Merry Christmas to us all!”
