Chidi Odinkalu Reacts As BAT’s Convoy Was Captured Entertaining Large Crowd During Visit To Kaduna

Chidi Odinkalu, a renowned human rights activist and legal expert recently reacted after the presidential convoy was captured entertaining the large number of supporters that gathered to welcome the president in Kaduna State. According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the display by the presidential convoy was reckless and dangerous.

The unprecedented visit of president Tinubu to Kaduna State was met with diverse reactions after the display put forward by the presidential convoy went viral across various social media platforms.

The visit, which was welcomed by the good people of Kaduna State, however, generated controversies as the presidential convoy was caught dazzling the onlooking supporters in a now viral video which had been widely condemned.

Reacting, Chidi Odinkalu, a respected human rights lawyer and former chairman of the national human rights commission in a recent statement which was shared on his official X handle, decried over the actions of those in charge of the vehicles.

According to his statements, he pointed out that it was ridiculous that the presidential convoy should be a source of danger to those who ironically came to hail the president.

From the video which was shared on his official X handle, the bystanders can be seen scampering to safety as the convoy in a bid to impress them, drove recklessly.
