A video that was posted on the official X account of Winner Chapel International on Sunday, November 23, 2025 has captured the moment Bishop David Oyedepo was saying that Nigeria is not an Islamic state.
He made the statement after terrorists invaded a Catholic school in Niger state and kidnapped over 300 students.
In the video, Bishop David Oyedepo said the Islamic jihadist are roaring but the Almighty God will crush them. He said the church of God is marching forward and the gate of hell will not prevail over it. He said the Jihadist won’t stop the church of God from progressing.
According to Bishop David Oyedepo in the viral video;
“Nigeria will never become an Islamic state. The battle is raging and Islamic jihadist are roaring but we belong to a higher realm of authority”.
