Wike Suspension: Expect An Ex Parte Order From Court Of Justice Omotosho Or Lifu Next Week- Odinkalu

Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist, Prof Chidi Odinkalu has reacted after the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP suspended the former governor of Rivers state and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike.

The reaction of Chidi Odinkalu was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

According to Channels TV, the former governor of Rivers state was suspended alongside the former governor of Ekiti state, Ayo Fayose, National Secretary, Samuel Anyanwu and some other top chieftains.

The decision was made at the National Convention of the Peoples Democratic party that was held at the Lekan Salami stadium in Ibadan, Oyo state.

However, Chidi Odinkalu has now shared his thoughts after the report surfaced online. In a post that he shared on his official X handle, he said people should expect an ex parte order from either Justice Omotosho or Justice Lifu next week.
