Iran Alleges Kushner and Witkoff Leaked Secret Nuclear Talks to Israel, Trump Team Denies Claims

According to a report by Anadolu Agency on Thursdays, July 16, 2026, senior Iranian official has alleged that Tehran privately warned U.S. Vice President JD Vance that Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff were exploiting sensitive U.S.-Iran negotiations and sharing confidential information with Israel.

The report further claims that the Iranian government raised concerns that the alleged conduct was undermining diplomatic efforts between the two countries.

The report states that Iranian officials delivered the message to Vance through an intermediary during backchannel diplomatic contacts.

According to the unnamed official, Tehran accused Kushner and Witkoff of using privileged access to the negotiations for purposes that benefited Israel rather than advancing the talks.

Drop Site News also reported that Iranian officials estimated that individuals close to President Donald Trump earned approximately $9 billion through market activity linked to developments surrounding the negotiations.

The report alleges that Iran requested the return of half of that amount through intermediaries, although it did not provide publicly available evidence supporting the claim.

The Trump administration has strongly denied the allegations, stating that no such message was received and rejecting claims that Kushner or Witkoff misused confidential information during the negotiations.

The allegations have not been independently verified, and no publicly available evidence has been presented to substantiate the claims made by the unnamed Iranian official.

Neither Kushner nor Witkoff has publicly responded to the report.

The claims emerge as scrutiny continues over the role of senior U.S. officials involved in negotiations with Iran.

While diplomatic contacts between Washington and Tehran have continued in recent months, disagreements over regional security, sanctions and the future of Iran’s nuclear program remain major obstacles to a broader agreement…See_More
