President Trump Says He Left Instructions To ‘Bomb Iran Like They’ve Never Seen Before’ If Iran Assassinates Him

President Donald Trump told the _New York Post_ on Friday that he has “left instructions” for a massive U.S. bombing campaign against Iran if he is killed by the Islamic Republic.

“I’ve been on their list for a long time. That’s what we’re dealing with,” Trump said. “The only thing is, I’ve left instructions — if anything happens, to just literally bomb them at levels that they’ve never seen before.”

Trump made the comments amid renewed U.S.-Iran friction. He said Israel had reported no fresh plot to kill him, but added, “I’ve been No. 1 [on Iran’s kill list] for a long time”. The claim was circulated by accounts like BRICSinfo alongside an image of Trump in the Oval Office with an Iranian flag, framing it within multipolar power dynamics and U.S. deterrence messaging. BRICS leaders have previously condemned military strikes on Iran as a “blatant breach of international law”, and the bloc has been positioned by analysts as a test of whether it can protect a member from U.S. pressure.
