The IGP Team Arrested Dennis, He Originated The Voice That Deceived His Gullible Targets

Bayo Onanuga, the senior special adviser on Information and Strategy has taken to his official X handle to react after security operatives apprehended the young man responsible for propagating an alleged voice note of president Tinubu.

According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he pointed out that the young man identified as Ifechukwu Dennis was apprehended by the IGP crack team following a thorough investigation.

Ifechukwu Dennis, according to Bayo Onanuga, originated a false voice note of president Tinubu and used it to deceive his gullible targets.

He further pointed out that the young man was apprehended in Benin City, the Edo State capital, and charged for spreading falsehood.

However, while the police was yet to issue a public statement regarding the arrest, Bayo Onanuga pointed out that his arrest will serve as a deterrent to others.
