If You Believe Obi's Promise To Serve Only One Term As President, You'll Believe Anything

Bayo Onanuga, the senior special adviser on Information and Strategy to President Tinubu has faulted the promise made by the former governor of Anambra State and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

According to the statements which were shared on his official X handle, he also pointed out that those who believe the promise were only gullible.

The Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC it can be recalled, had caused a massive debate after he declared his intentions for the presidency, indicating that a single term was enough to make positive impact.

The former Anambra State governor also argued that his decision to serve a single term as president was for stability, and maintained that he will not stay a day longer than four years, a submission which triggered massive public reactions.
