Zainab Buba Galadima, daughter of veteran politician Buba Galadima, has expressed regret over her involvement with the All Progressives Congress (APC), explaining why she has now aligned with the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
She made the disclosure during an interview on the Mic On Podcast, hosted by Seun Akinbaloye, where she reflected on her political journey and the expectations that initially drove her into the ruling party.
Speaking candidly, Zainab traced her political roots back to the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), one of the legacy parties that merged to form the APC. She noted that her decision to join the coalition was driven by a shared belief in the promise of reform championed by former President Muhammadu Buhari.
In her words: “I was one of the founding members of APC from CPC. We joined because we believed that late President Buhari was going to bring that change, that ease for the common man.”
