President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stated that there is no governor in Nigeria today that is borrowing money to pay the salaries of workers.
The statement was contained in a viral video that was posted on the official X handle of THE CABLE on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
The President made the statement while speaking at the book launch of the governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodinma in Owerri.
In the video that surfaced online, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu said the days of suffering are over in Nigeria. He said Nigerians have started experiencing improvement in all sectors.
