Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Dr. David Oyedepo, has broken a three-year silence on national politics, openly criticizing President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

Speaking to the congregation at the Faith Tabernacle in Ota on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, the cleric questioned the government’s performance and accountability.

Bishop Oyedepo Breaks Three-Year Silence

The bishop spoke out after a long period of staying away from public political commentary. His return to the pulpit with a strong message has drawn widespread attention across the country.

 “You Are Not Doing Well”

Oyedepo blasted the government for its performance, he said:

He argued that any leadership unable to protect citizens or stabilize the economy has no right to demand blind loyalty or praise.
