Honourable Arnold David, who represents the Ogu Bolo constituency in the Rivers State House of Assembly, shared how FCT Minister Nyesom Wike predicted his continued political presence amidst the turmoil in the state.
In an interview with TVC, David reflected on a critical time in 2024 when his political future was in doubt, stating, “Your Excellency, you may recall that in 2024, certain individuals claimed that those 27 lawmakers were finished. However, God used you to demonstrate otherwise. In this very spot, you told me, ‘Arnold, nobody will remove you.’ Today, I proudly stand as the representative of Ogu Bolo in the 10th Assembly.”
He expressed his gratitude for Wike’s backing and reassured him about the upcoming 2027 elections, mentioning that the people of Ogu Bolo acknowledge and value the minister’s efforts in their community.
David emphasized the infrastructure advancements that have enhanced connections to the capital, pointing out the increased accessibility and positivity in the region.
