Plateau-based cleric, Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo has raised serious concerns about internal sabotage within President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. He alleged that a powerful group of individuals commonly referred to as a cabal is working behind the scenes to weaken the president’s efforts and redirect his agenda for their own benefit.
In a report by NIGERIAN TRIBUNE on Saturday November 15 2025, the cleric expressed that although President Tinubu possesses the will to bring positive change to Nigeria, his intentions are being diluted by competing interests within his inner circle. He emphasized that these individuals are manipulating political systems, particularly through influence over northern votes, to maintain control and suppress reform.
Reverend Dachomo also described the situation within the Presidential Villa as deeply troubling, referring to it as a form of political sabotage that could destabilize the government if left unchecked. He urged the president to remain vigilant and to reassess the loyalty of those around him.
Dachomo stated,
“Mr. President should be careful with the cabal around him. Inside the President, there is a good part of him that wants to save us, but other agendas have watered down whatever he may want to do. Because of the votes in the North, they manipulate it to their advantage. In the Villa, there is political genocide as well.”
