Nigerian politician and one of the members of the African Democratic Congress, Uche Rochas has apologized to the former governor of Anambra state and Labour Party, LP, candidate in the 2023 presidential election, Peter Gregory Obi.
This was contained in a post that he shared on his official X handle on Thursday, January 1, 2025.
This is coming after the MInister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo criticized Peter Obi for joining the African Democratic Congress.
Here is what Festus Keyamo wrote on his official X handle;
“It is dishonest to take your faithful supporters through this emotional roller-coaster and deceive them that you are running for the Presidency when in fact you have just joined a Party belonging solely to Atiku Abubakar and you have a firm agreement with him to run as Vice-Presidential candidate”.
In a post that Uche Rochas shared on his page, he said Peter Obi’s declaration in Enugu will change politics in Nigeria.

“Everyone knows that Peter Obi’s declaration in Enugu will change Nigerian politics for the next 16 years. Thank you Peter Obi and may God grant you all your heart desires.
“I sincerely apologize to you today for speaking ill against you. I am truly sorry sir”.
