Musa, When You Get There, Tell Them Enough Is Enough, Go All Out, America Is Not Smiling -Ayodele

In a recent interview on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, spiritual leader Primate Elijah Ayodele issued a stern warning to General Christopher Gwabin Musa, who has recently been appointed as Nigeria’s Minister of Defence. Ayodele emphasized the urgent need for decisive action to address the rising insecurity that has plagued the country, urging the new minister to demonstrate leadership and commitment in tackling the nation’s security challenges.

Ayodele stated pointedly that, “Musa, when you get there, tell them enough is enough, go all out, America is not smiling – Ayodele,” stressing that the situation has reached a critical point and requires immediate intervention. He highlighted that Nigerians have grown weary of the persistent threats from insurgents, bandits, and other security challenges, and that decisive measures must be taken to restore safety and public confidence.

According to Ayodele, the responsibility now falls squarely on General Musa to adopt a proactive and strategic approach in coordinating the country’s security agencies. He warned that failure to act decisively would not only worsen the security situation but also draw international scrutiny, including concerns from foreign partners like the United States.

The cleric urged the Minister of Defence to demonstrate both courage and accountability in his new role, insisting that public safety and national stability must be prioritized above all else. He also called on Nigerians to support lawful measures aimed at restoring peace and curbing the widespread insecurity affecting communities across the country.

Ayodele concluded by stressing that the nation can no longer tolerate half measures in addressing insecurity. He said that only sustained, focused, and well-coordinated action by the Defence Ministry and security agencies could bring about meaningful results, restore public trust, and ensure the safety of all Nigerians.
