In a recent interview on TVC News program on Saturday 4th October 2025, Bayo Adedosu, has criticized former President Goodluck Jonathan over his recent comments about the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.
Adedosu described Jonathan’s remarks as “evil and unnecessary,” saying that leaders who have held the highest office in the land should promote unity rather than reopen old wounds; He stated that Jonathan’s recent statement about Buhari’s handling of national issues was in poor taste and unbefitting of a statesman.
According to Adedosu, Nigerians expect their past leaders to rise above bitterness and show examples of forgiveness and patriotism; He warned that public figures should weigh their words carefully, especially when speaking about those who are no longer alive to defend themselves.
“Jonathan should focus on promoting peace and national healing, not stirring division with comments that add no value to the nation,” Adedosu said.
